Currumbin Surf Life Saving Club

Brooke has been a member of a Surf Life Saving Club since she was born, starting off at Freshwater SLSC on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, then on to Torquay SLSC in Victoria and now Currumbin SLSC on Queensland’s Gold Coast. She has been a passionate lifesaver and promotes safe swimming in between the red and yellow flags.

Nunawading Swimming Club

Brooke is a life member of the Nunawading Swimming Club in Victoria and was an active member between 1997 and 2008, this is where she met her husband Jared Clarke a club member from 1984-2008.



At the age of six Brooke had the Olympic dream, representing Australia at the Games of the 28th Olympiad in Athens Brooke believes that she lives her life following the Olympic ideals. She loves to spread the Australian Olympic Committee team spirit everywhere she goes.

Brooke is a life member of Swimming Victoria, SVI promotes swimming as a healthy lifestyle choice and encourages swimming at all levels by supporting and guiding members to enjoy their sport and maximise their potential.
