Cooking Barramundi – Top Tourist Parks

TV presenters Brooke Hanson and Tim Smith from Discover Downunder are cooking barramundi for lunch. They are in Darwin at the fish market where they have the freshest fish in town and are talking to Ziggo who fillets the fish for them. Back at the caravan park Tim places the barramundi fillet in some foil with a big lump of butter, adds garlic and sprinkles it with pepper then wraps it for cooking on the barbecue and grill.
